Windows unpacks the portable Thonny zip (Python 3.14 + Tk). Linux makes a venv from the live ISO or Device-Kit/Python-Linux. No compiler and no internet after the download. Does not include RPi.GPIO or MeshCore Python.

The Cabinet Office picture of UK civil risks, plus the official community emergency-planning guide and fill-in template. Paper contacts, 105 for power cuts, and a neighbourhood plan you can keep with the passports. Not a field-survival manual — the civilian counterpart.

The official USDA canning guide: times, methods, and recipes for fruit, vegetables, meat, pickles, and jam. Public-domain PDFs you can read with no internet.
Homestead/FoodData-Central
Calories, nutrients, and food names from USDA Foundation Foods. Unzip the CSVs and open them in LibreOffice. Useful when you are stretching stores and cannot look up a label.
Homestead/OpenFoodFacts
A barcode and ingredients dump for tins and packets already in the cupboard when the shop app is gone. The file is a gzip CSV. Unzip and open a slice in LibreOffice; do not load the whole dump on a small PC.
Homestead/Cookbook
A local recipe book that does not need a website. Open the EPUB in KOReader or SumatraPDF. Pair it with the USDA canning guides and the Wikibooks ZIM if those packs are here.
Flashing tools, a bootable OS, and a Windows VM installer

Official ADB and Fastboot for Windows. Use them to copy files to a phone, sideload apps, and flash mesh firmware when the store and the cloud are gone. We do not host this zip; your agent fetches it from Google onto your drive.

One token. Adds a USB boot menu (Ventoy), Ubuntu live ISOs for PCs and Apple Silicon VMs, portable Python, and the VirtualBox Windows installer. Hyper-V is a script on the disk, not a separate pick. Run Ventoy2Disk once if you want the PC to boot from this USB. Do not use Rufus or Etcher.
